Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Kilimanjaro
On day one of your honeymoon, our safari guide will picks you up from the Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) and welcomes you to Tanzania. He will personally drive you in a clean private car to the lodge where you will check in and relax for the rest of the day. The Pre-safari briefing can be done on arrival at the lodge after check-in and relaxing.
Day 02: Lake Manyara National Park

We depart from your lodge in Arusha and proceed to Lake Manyara National Park. Although small in size, this park is one of the most diverse reserves in the country. Lake Manyara covers two-thirds of the park. At the backdrop is the wall of the Great Rift Valley, before which lies the groundwater forest, areas of open grassland near the lake foreshore, and the Soda Lake. We enjoy a picnic lunch in this area, which consists of open grassy areas, hot springs, dense woodlands, and steep mountainsides. Lake Manyara National Park is a birding paradise that has more than 350 species of bird. The park is also famed for its unique and elusive tree-climbing lions.

Day 03: Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast at the lodge then off you leave for the Ngorongoro Crater. We will be taking an interesting drive across the Great Rift Valley and up its amazing escarpments with awe-inspiring views below and once we arrive at the Loduare Gate we will have a brief stop for registration then another stop at the rim of the crater for amazing views over the Crater floor and a short session of photo taking. We will then descend into the Crater for a full day of fame drives at the Crater floor. Ngorongoro Crater is actually the largest unbroken caldera and with its 600-meter walls acting as a natural barrier for animals; you expect to see very many animals at very close range. The Crater floor boasts of the highest concentration of animals per area and you expect to see many animals including the Big Five ( elephants, lions, leopards, buffalos, and rhinos) with just a little luck.
Day 04: Serengeti National Park.

Early breakfast at you’re your lodge in the morning, your honeymoon safari in Tanzania continues with a drive off to the Serengeti National Park via the Naabi Hill Gate. After registration at the gate, the rest of the day will be spent around the vast plains of the Serengeti searching for the residents’ animals and birds. Serengeti as the Masai name suggests is the best stretch of plains in Africa to do game drives, Africa. The park is home to zebras, giraffes, elephants, topis, impalas, hartebeests, jackals, pangolins and the list is endless. Later in the afternoon, we check-in at a tented camp.

Day 05: Full day in Serengeti National Park.

We have another full day in this wonderful park, rising early to make the most of our time. Our guides will choose the best spotting locations for the time of year; we can spend time at the Hippo pool watching these majestic animals laze about in the cool water happily living alongside the crocodiles, watch a big pride of lions, be in the middle of the migration, sometimes surrounded by wildebeest, sometimes by zebras, which travel with the wildebeest. We journey from the wide-open plains to the kopjes: these volcanic rocky outcrops provide protection and shelter for a wide variety of animals and from the top, we can look out across the vast grasslands of the Serengeti. This diverse and interesting landscape will provide us with the ultimate in game viewing, we will hopefully see all of the plain games; elephants, giraffe, zebra, wildebeest, lions, and if you are lucky the elusive leopard and cheetah, as well as huge amounts of the interesting birdlife, from the elegant secretary birds to the flightless ostrich. We return to our special Luxury tented camp for the night.

Day 06: Fly to Zanzibar Island.
After breakfast at the camp, you will checkout and transfer with game drives on the way to the nearest Airstrip in the Serengeti for a flight to Zanzibar. On arrival at Zanzibar, you will be met by our representative who will transfer you to the best honeymoon hotel in Zanzibar.
Day 07: Spice Farms and Stone Town Tour.

The morning after breakfast at 9:30 picked up to spice farm where you can see different types of spice and how they grow up plus tasting the seasonal fruits then will have lunch at a spice farm, then will do a stone town tour where you can see the historical site, slave market, daily market, narrow streets and later shopping.

Day 8: Beach stay at Zanzibar.
Time to spend precious time on one of the best beaches in the world. You will spend these days relaxing at the beach hotel handpicked for the special needs of honeymooners. Any other activities and tours can be arranged by our travel experts; including the Dolphin tour a tour of Prison Island, or Jozani forest depending on your preferences.
