Itinerary

Day 1: Arusha to Tarangire National Park

Your guide will pick you up from your hotel in Arusha and drive you to Tarangire National Park, where you’ll embark on a game drive. Tarangire is known for its large elephant herds and other wildlife such as giraffes, zebras, and lions. After lunch, you’ll continue with an afternoon game drive before heading to your campsite for dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Tarangire to Lake Manyara National Park

After breakfast, you’ll drive to Lake Manyara National Park for a morning game drive. This park is famous for its tree-climbing lions and large flocks of flamingos. After lunch, you’ll continue with an afternoon game drive before heading to your campsite for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Lake Manyara to Serengeti National Park

Today, you’ll drive to Serengeti National Park, one of the most famous parks in Africa. You’ll stop at the Olduvai Gorge, a famous archaeological site, on the way. After lunch, you’ll continue with a game drive in Serengeti, home to the “Big Five” and the annual wildebeest migration. You’ll spend the night in a campsite in the heart of the park.

Day 4: Serengeti National Park

Today is dedicated to exploring the vast plains of Serengeti National Park. You’ll embark on morning and afternoon game drives to increase your chances of seeing the elusive animals such as cheetahs and leopards. Your guide will take you to different areas of the park, depending on the season and wildlife movements. Dinner and overnight will be at your campsite.

Day 5: Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast, you’ll drive to the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Africa’s most remarkable geological features. The crater is home to a large population of wildlife, including the rare black rhino. You’ll descend into the crater for a game drive and have a picnic lunch before continuing with the afternoon game drive. Later in the day, you’ll drive to your campsite for dinner and overnight.

Day 6: Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha

After breakfast, you’ll drive back to Arusha, where your safari ends. On the way, you can stop at a Masai village to learn about their culture and traditions. You’ll arrive in Arusha in the afternoon, where your guide will drop you off at your hotel or the airport.
