Itinerary

Day 1: Arrive in Dar es Salaam and transfer to Mikumi National Park
  • Arrive to Dar es Salaam and transfer to Mikumi National Park for an afternoon game drive.
  • Have lunch on the route
  • After lunch continue with an afternoon game drive in Mikumi National Park until evening
  • Have dinner and overnight stay at hotel/lodge in Mikumi National Park.
Day 2: Full-day game drive in Mikumi
  • immediately after the breakfast we will have a full day game drive in Mikumi National Park
  • Where we will be able to go to the hippo pool where we will see many crocodiles and pods in the pool, with opportunities to spot lions, elephants, giraffes, and more.
  • Have dinner and overnight stay at hotel/lodge in Mikumi National Park.
Day 3: Drive From Mikumi To Selous Game Reserve
  • After breakfast we will start a safari whereby we will take a beautiful route to the middle of beautiful Selous
  • We will encounter many wild animals in the bush while exploring the Selous
  • Have lunch in the game reserve in the afternoon and continue with late afternoon game drive until evening
  • Have dinner and overnight stay at the lodge/hotel in Selous Game Reserve
Day 4: Full Day Game Drive In Selous Game Reserve
  • After the breakfast we will have full day game drive in Selous
  • We will visit the Rufiji River which is full of hippos, reptiles and birds
  • After having lunch we will continue with an afternoon game drive in Selous
  • We will return to the lodge/hotel in the evening for dinner and overnight stay
Day 5: Drive From Selous Game Reserve To Dar Es Salaam
  • Have an early morning game drive before breakfast
  • Return to the lodge/hotel to have breakfast
  • After breakfast start a safari to Dar es Salaam City
  • Have lunch enroute while heading to Dar es Salaam
  • Have dinner and overnight stay at a hotel/lodge in Dar es Salaam City
